Proactive service ensures consistent year round heating, cooling and air quality to keep people comfortable and productive and protect environmentally-sensitive equipment and work activities. At RTS Mechanical, we service and support Carrier and all other manufacturers, makes and models. We use OEM components whenever possible. And we offer a minimum one year labor warranty on all of our work.

This smart thermostat from Carrier enables wireless automation of programming and remote monitoring of heating, cooling and ventilation systems throughout your building. It will notify you via text and email about any critical issues and alert you to contact us here at RTS Mechanical. With your authorization, the ConnectTM 43FX Thermostat can allow us to remotely monitor and troubleshoot your system.
Extended Parts Warranties
Extended warranties on crucial components can save money, time and headaches. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties, but here at RTS Mechanical, we can give you greater protection with in-house extended warranties for products and parts not covered by the OEM.
